Who can apply as an association?
Associations, charities and community organizations that serve the DFW area. Tell us about your organization and the community you serve in the application.
What is included with the booth?
A booth at the event, your organization listed on our website, your own referral link to share, and access to meet and engage with event guests.
Can the fee be waived for in-kind or community involvement?
Yes, for approved in-kind contributions. Choose the in-kind path in the application and describe what you can provide. We review each proposal.
When will I know if my application is approved?
We review every application and reply by email. You are not charged when you apply; if approved, we email an invoice for the booth fee.
What do you ask of associations?
Tell your database about Deal Circle with at least three emails before the event, and join the social campaign with your one-minute video and 12 social posts. Your referral link records the ticket sales and sponsorships you bring in.
Can I just promote the event?
Yes. Affiliates get a referral link without taking a booth, and every association gets one too.
