Deal Circle runs networking events in Dallas–Fort Worth that raise money for local charities. Events are organized with Latin American Dream, which collects the funds.

• Your contact details: name, email and phone number.
• Details about your business: company name, industry, annual revenue range and company size.
• What you send in an application as a sponsor, association or affiliate, including offers and files such as logos.
• Which referral link brought you here, and an anonymous browser ID used to count visits.
• Your payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

• To issue your ticket and send you event details and reminders.
• With your consent, to match you with sponsor offers that fit your business and to make introductions.
• To review applications and work with sponsors, associations and affiliates.
• To credit affiliates for the tickets and sponsorships they refer.
• To report what an event raised.

We do not sell your information.

• A sponsor whose offer you claim receives an introduction to you.
• Latin American Dream, which collects the funds for our events.
• The services that run the site for us: Stripe for payments, GoHighLevel for email and text messages, and Amazon Web Services for hosting and email.

We only text you if you tick the box on the ticket form. Messages are about your ticket, event reminders and offer introductions. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or your consent with anyone for their own marketing.

The site keeps a few items in your browser so it works: the referral code you arrived with, the business details you entered so your offers can be shown, and the anonymous browser ID. We do not use advertising trackers.
