Terms and refund policy

A ticket is a donation of the event’s minimum amount or more. It admits one person to the event named on the ticket page.

All ticket and sponsorship purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where required by law. If the event is cancelled, you can get a full refund.

Funds are collected by Latin American Dream, which pays the event’s expenses first and reports how the money was spent before the balance is distributed. The remainder is split equally among the participating charities, up to ten. Each event’s page links to its report.

Sponsorships are applied for, reviewed and then invoiced at the price of the tier chosen. A sponsor is responsible for the offers it submits and for delivering them.

Deal Circle matches guests with offers and makes introductions. Any agreement that follows is between the guest and the sponsor.

Approved affiliates receive a referral link and earn a share of the ticket sales and sponsorships that come through it. Booth fees earn no commission. Deal Circle reviews each application and may pause a link that is misused.

Deal Circle does not give tax advice. The IRS generally does not allow a deduction for the value of donated time or services. Ask your tax advisor about your own situation.
